NBG's move to Category Management in 2009 saw a large scale re-deployment of member company staff into product focused categories that can fully employ their greatest strengths for the benefit of the group..
The category approach now means that our very best people are available to pool their expereince for the product categories that they excel in, bringing the best agreements possible for the members, and further commitment to our suppliers.
The Trading Board consists of nine category chairmen and vice chairmen:
