NBG Member WJ Lewis have acquired 100% of the share capital of Harwood Jackson ( Builders Merchants) Ltd.
The acquired business has 2 locations in Rochdale and Oldham.
This acquisition strengthens the position of WJ Lewis in the area and contributes 2 additional sites to the NBG network of branches throughout the UK.
The acquired business will continue to trade under its existing local brand name.
