KEY SUPPLIER GOES PUBLIC
Superglass announce flotation Superglass Holdings,
supplier of glass mineral fibre insulation, have announced a flotation
on the Official List of the London Stock Exchange.
The company has placed £73.5 million of existing shares with
institutional and other investors on behalf of selling shareholders via
an oversubscribed placing at a price of 180p.
The company expects to raise capital somewhere in the region of £105 million from the flotation.
