Daredevil Jezz raises large sum for charity
Sales assistant Jezz Balcikonis put the welfare of others before her own safety to raise money for charity by leaping off a 65ft high building in Eastbourne ... but at least she was wearing Parker Building Supplies safety clothing !
Jezz did also happen to be securely harnessed to ropes as she, and over 100 other daring souls, abseilled down the side of the 65 feet high Congress Theatre in Eastbourne.
Proudly sporting her sponsored Parkers hi-vis waistcoat (which was supposed to double up as an emergency parachute!) Jezz completed the descent with no problems to the relief of the watching crowd.
In the process the daredevil crew raised thousands for their favoured charities, with Jezz collecting a much needed £350 for the Stroke Association.
Parkers would like to offer their congratulations to Jezz for her selfless bravery, but just one question ... what’s next, Everest? |
