Huws Gray recent acquisitions
We wish to announce details of our recent acquisitions since the 1st February this year we have acquired Chesworth Building Supplies Limited, based in Tywyn, Gwynedd, Wrekin Building Supplies Limited based in Telford, Monkmoor Building Supplies Limited based in Shrewsbury, Bradshaw Building Merchants (holdings) Limited and its subsidiary company, Bradshaw Builders Merchants Limited based in Bolton and Burscough Building Supplies Limited based in Burscough. Lancashire, this takes the number of locations to 27.
Huws Gray now has a firm foot hold in North Wales, Merseyside and the North West of England with our Head Office based in Llangefni Angelsey. We are now the largest independent builders merchants operating in these areas.
We were established in Gaerwen, Anglesey in 1990 and now employs 325 people. All the newly acquired companies have now been fully integrated and have adopted Huws Gray as a trading name, the combined business will have a turn over in the region of 61 million. |
