JT Dove launches online building and plumbing store
The website includes personalised account facilities, handy hints and tips, building regulation guidelines, and conversion rates and offers products across the JT Dove range from bathrooms and decorating to heating, kitchens and landscaping.

Deliveries can be made anywhere in the country, although the site has been launched to complement the 11 branches in the north east.

Managing director Steve Robinson says that it has taken the company 18 months to develop and should hopefully, increase turnover by up to 20%.

"We used to look on our existing website as a marketing tool so that customers could find our stores and see what we would be likely to have in stock. But with the boom of online sales, we thought now was the optimum time to launch our webshop, accessible across the entire country with every product we stock.

"It will also be an outlet for great offers and the management of their own account facilities can allow customers to control stock and reorder the right product at the right time."
