A combination of NBG’s open and ethical culture, friendly attitude, and regular social calendar means our independent merchant businesses have plenty of opportunities to share best practice, industry information and business news in a relaxed, professional atmosphere. Our Category Management Teams hold quarterly meetings to review the performance of their product areas and agreements, and discuss and agree the negotiation and implementation of new deals.

Our annual conference brings together partners and suppliers, offering fantastic networking and new business opportunities. Our partner event, attended exclusively by merchants and our central support team, enables partners to discuss the group and their business challenges in a relaxed environment.

We also offer regular training courses and forums to enable our partners to share ideas, investigate new strategies, and learn from their peers.
