A combination of NBG’s open and ethical culture, friendly attitude, and regular social calendar means that our independent merchant businesses have plenty of opportunities to share best practice, industry information, and business news in a relaxed but professional atmosphere. Our Category Management Teams hold quarterly meetings to review the performance of their product areas and agreements, and to democratically discuss and agree the negotiation and implementation of new ones.

Our Annual Conference brings together representative from every Partner and a huge cross section of our suppliers within a single venue, offering fantastic networking and new business opportunities. Our Partner Event, attended exclusively by our merchants and central support team, enables Partners to candidly discuss the group and their business challenges in relaxed and equal environment.

We also offer regular training courses and focused forums to enable our Partners to share ideas, investigate new strategies, and learn from their peers.
