Liverpool - Cuplas has been established for over 30 years. We started trading from a back street shed, hence the name CU (copper), PLAS (plastics). Over that time the company has evolved and expanded both our product portfolio and customer base. The company focus is now on supplying the whole one stop shop experience for the mechanical, electrical, ventilation and plumbing contractor (M.E.V.P) from the 1st fix soils, duct work and cable tray to the sanitaryware, MEV units and lighting. From local tradesmen to the national contractor, all share equal importance and benefit from our high level of expertise and many years of experience working within our industry. With our ‘no job too small’ attitude, we are happy to assist our clients with specifications and guidance, whether that is a single bathroom or a multi occupancy development. By dealing with the industries leading manufacturers we can always offer a solution where others might just walk away. Located at the end of the M62, we are in the perfect location for access to Liverpool city centre and the motorway network, We offer a daily delivery service throughout the North West, together with a timed and national delivery service by arrangement. As we are an independent merchant we always go the extra mile to ensure that the service we offer is first class, and flexibility is one of the keys to our success. We have a dedicated estimating and contracts division so that once an order is places, this is passed through to a member of our team who will oversee the contract from start to finish. This ensures that if any problems arise, you are not dealing with or explaining to numerous people the issues that you may have on site. Your one point of contact will always be up to speed with your order and will deal with any problems that may arise. As service is key to our success we have over the last number of years increased our staffing levels to ensure our customer service standards are maintained as the business grows. We will always ensure that there will be someone there to take your call.
